Refund policies
All products may be returned within 30 days, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To return an item, please click HERE and follow the steps. All items must be returned using the prepaid label from our return portal, items returned using a different procedure will not be accepted nor refunded.

Outlet items return policies
Items purchased in the Outlet section are subject to special conditions of sale. Due to the specific nature and condition of these products, no exchanges or returns will be accepted once the purchase has been completed.
This condition shall not apply in cases where the item has a flaw or defect. In such cases, the customer must contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@derenrice.com, providing the order number and attaching images in which the item's flaw or defect can be clearly seen.
Once the request has been received and reviewed, our Customer Service team will contact the customer to handle the case and, where applicable, arrange the exchange or return of the item, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Spain, Portugal & Andorra:
- Returns: EUR 4,5
Europe zone 1 (Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria)
- Returns: EUR 10
Europe zone 2 (Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Czech Republic).
- Returns: EUR 12,5
Europe zone 3 (Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Switzerland).
- Returns: EUR 17,5
Europe zone 4 (Denmark, Finland, United Kingdom, Croatia, Norway, Russia, Slovenia, Italy, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Ireland)
- Returns: Returns must be shipped directly by the customer.
America (Canada and the United States)
- Returns: Returns must be shipped directly by the customer.
America (Other American countries that are not listed in the below group)
- Returns: Returns must be shipped directly by the customer.
Asia / Oceania (Australia, China, Korea, Japan, India, New Zeland, Taiwan, Thailand)
- Returns: Returns must be shipped directly by the customer.
Africa
