You have 30 days starting from the day your order was delivered to ask for a full refund. You have to follow these steps:

1. Fill up the bellow form with your order number, the reference (s) you want to send back and the reason.
2. Once the return is accepted, you need to send your order back to our warehouse: Walk with me. Torrent d’en Vidalet 55, local 3. 08024 Barcelona. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your goods.
3. The returned articles should be packaged in original condition with the original labels.
4. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
5. The product must be in perfect conditions and the original labels need to be included.
6. Once we receive your order back we will proceed with the refund and you will be notified by email. If you want to make an exchange for another item, you will need to make a return and place a new order. Please, email us at hello@walkwithmebrand.com to get a refund on the shipping costs that may be added to your second order.
