How to proceed?

Once you have received your order, you have 30 days to make a return. You have to follow these steps:

1. Send an email to with your order number, the reference (s) you want to send back and the reason.

2. Once the return is accepted, you need to send your order back to our warehouse: Deren Rice. Torrent d’en Vidalet 55, local 3. 08024 Barcelona.

3. The returned articles should be packaged in original condition with the original labels.

4. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

5. The product must be in perfect conditions and the original labels need to be included.

6. Once we receive your order back we will proceed with the refund and you will be notified by email. If you want to make an exchange for another item, you will need to make a return and place a new order. Please, email us at to get a refund on the shipping costs that may be added to your second order.

Errors in addresses

The client is responsible for the veracity of the address information provided. In the event that there is an error in the address —in whole or partially— and a second shipment is required, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost that second delivery may incur.

Delivery failure

If after one attempt delivery of your parcel becomes impossible, your purchase will be delivered to a close UPS Access Point to the indicated address. You will receive an email to let you know where your parcel is and how to pick it up.

If 15 days after your parcel is available for delivery the parcel has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you want to cancel the agreement and it will therefore be terminated.

Following said termination we will refund you the price paid for such products as soon as possible and in any event within a maximum of 30 days from the date in which we deem the agreement to be terminated. 

In such case, we will be authorized to charge you the transportation costs arising from the shipping and termination costs.
